To start, you'll need to download the iMovie app. A quick search on the Apple App Store for iMovie will allow you to install the latest iMovie app for free. The storage space for this app is 700MB so it's important to make sure you have enough storage space on your phone before downloading.

Tap on the clip you want to edit in the timeline. How do you know you're in editing mode? A yellow outline will appear around the entire frame of the clip.
